The hotel was big, and the meals were fresh, I truly enjoyed the marvellous and fantastic location close to subway stations, the whole downtown area and the historical centrum. The personnel was welcoming and exceptionally kind. The room was new-fashioned & neat together with soap and all necessary facilities. The breakfast was tasty and included.

The hotel is wonderful and clean, the staff are nice, location is fantastic close to the metrostation. The food is fresh and freshly made. The rooms are absolutely fabulous and fairly quiet and they have a mini-bar, a heating system and coffee facilities. It offers excellent services and has a savoury and tasty breakfast choices. I need to say that free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property.

Recommend this place and would love to stay here again. We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was fabulous, had magnificent location close to the city center accesible on foot. Plenty of food items served for savoury and tasty breakfast. The staff were honest and check-in was friendly.

There is no free WiFi and actually no free internet of any kind except in the loby on hotel's PC. This should be corrected ASAP. In Mercure City Graz WiFi is available in every room free of charge.
